I really tried to come up with something new and "creative" in this newsletter. I think I did it, but am pretty sure that these newsletters won't come out on a certain day. Just when the creative gene is turned on. Something I really can't control. I hope that you enjoy this and if you make something using my ideas, please let me know.
"Tic Tac Silvers"..... I have not seen a template or project using this candy. Here is a picture of the Silvers along side a real tic tac box, so you can get an idea of the size and what to look for in the stores. I have found these at "Big Lots" and "Walmart".

My kids love the mints, so do I. The larger container makes it easier to assemble and you can add some real fun text on the layout.
What I really liked about this candy box is you can take the big lable off of the box. It came off pretty easy and I left the lable that seals up the opening.
Here is my final project.

I have to say. There are 18 differant layers to the layout. This went together sooooo easy.
To download the template and the layout....You need to go this URL:

Please note: You need to click on the DOWNLOAD button to get the "Full Size Layout".
I put the word out for some Gingerbread Poop sayings and got some nice verses. My next adventure when I go out shopping is to check my dollar stores and look for some "scoops" and made triple batches of the snowman/gingerbread soups with changing the instructions to one/two scoops into hot water. But even as I am typing this my mind is flowing because this container is GREAT and the crafting possibilities are endless.
Pour this hearty Gingerbread Soup
Into a round sturdy cup
Add some piping hot water
and then just stir it up
Its warmth will fill you
from head to toe
A few minutes of peace
before shopping you go!
or
Pour this hearty Gingerbread Soup
Into a round sturdy cup
Add some piping hot water
and then just stir it up
Its warmth will creap upon you
And fill your very soul
So you can spread the Christmas joy
And fulfill this heartfelt goal.
Until Next Time.......MarTi
